Important: Unexpected Message In Test Results
You may notice a test result appear in your NHS app referring to patient need groups or risk stratification. This is a simple way in which we categorise patients based on their specific health needs. It helps us as a practice to understand the individual needs of our patients based on their health and wellbeing to support personalised care and ensures you get the right support in a timely way. No action is needed from you.

Important: Important Notice: Wednesday 15th October 2025
We have been operating a "Modern Access General Practice Model". This enables us to collect information about any medical or administrative requests, providing the most appropriate care, with the most appropriate professional, in the most appropriate time frame. All requests for appointments through our online consultation request tool or by telephone will be reviewed by a GP and appointments will be subsequently allocated. Our triage hours are from 8am until 6:30pm for all requests. More information here.
